Good Dog.(yikes)

Our development does not allow fences (unless you have a pool). We really need help to control our new puppy so we decided we need an Invisible Fence. Our village is about the only place that requires a permit for the installation of the invisible fence. So after a bit of work and $55 I get a bright orange permit to place in my window.

I think it's clear we need the fence...
